Jeffrey Dean
Managing Director, Principal
Jeff has over 14 years of experience in real estate investment banking. Prior to co-founding Trimaven Capital Advisors, Jeff was a Director in RBC Capital Market’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Jeff has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, activism, fairness opinions, board advisory, related-party transactions, equity and debt financing for both public and private companies and property portfolio advisory. Over the last 14 years, Jeff has advised on over $12 billion of public M&A transactions, $15 billion of capital raising and provided a number of fairness opinions. Jeff is a trusted advisor to a number of senior management teams and public / private boards of trustees / directors in the real estate space. Jeff has a Bachelor of Commerce (High Distinction) from the University of Toronto and carries a PDO designation.

Wiz Khayat
Principal
Wiz has over 10 years experience as a corporate lawyer and financial advisor. Wiz practiced with the Business Law Group at McCarthy Tétrault LLP in Toronto and the International Securities Group at Norton Rose LLP in Dubai. Wiz’s deal experience includes mergers and acquisitions (over $18 billion) and corporate financings (over $12 billion), both in the public and private markets. Prior to co-founding Trimaven Capital Advisors, Wiz held a senior financial advisory role with a Toronto-based boutique advisory firm specializing in leveraged buy-out transactions. Wiz holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Distinction) from the University of Toronto, a Juris Doctor from Western University, and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business (Dean’s List). Wiz is also a principal at TPCM Inc.
